1. RENTAL AGREEMENT

 

 

By renting items from BnB Bundles, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.

​

 

2. RENTAL PERIOD

 

 

  • Rental period begins at the agreed delivery time and ends at the scheduled pickup time.

  • Late pickups or extensions may result in additional fees.

​

 

 

3. DELIVERY & PICKUP

 

 

  • Items will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer (Airbnb, vacation rental, or residence).

  • Customer agrees to provide accurate delivery details and access instructions.

  • Items must be left in an agreed-upon location for pickup at the scheduled time.

 

​

 

4. PAYMENT

 

 

  • Full payment is required prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payments are accepted via approved methods (Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, etc.).

 

​

 

5. SECURITY / DAMAGES

 

 

  • Customer agrees to return all items in the same condition as received (normal wear and tear excepted).

  • Customer is responsible for:

    • Lost items

    • Damaged items beyond normal use

  •  

  • BnB Bundles reserves the right to charge replacement or repair costs.

6. CLEANING & SANITATION

 

 

  • All items are cleaned and sanitized prior to delivery.

  • Customer agrees to return items in reasonably clean condition (no excessive dirt, food, or damage).

  • Excessive cleaning may result in a cleaning fee.

7. USE OF EQUIPMENT (IMPORTANT)

​

​

  • All equipment must be used properly and for its intended purpose only.

  • Customer is responsible for ensuring safe use, especially with baby/child equipment.

  • Customer agrees to follow all manufacturer guidelines and safety recommendations.

8. LIABILITY WAIVER

​

​

  • BnB Bundles is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of rented equipment.

  • Customer assumes full responsibility for the use of all rented items.

​

​

9. CANCELLATIONS

 

 

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to delivery may receive a full or partial refund (at business discretion).

  • Last-minute cancellations may be non-refundable.

 

​

10. ACCESS & LIABILITY AT PROPERTY

 

 

  • BnB Bundles is not responsible for items left unattended at delivery or pickup locations.

  • Customer assumes responsibility once items are delivered.

​

 

11. AGREEMENT

 

 

By booking and/or accepting delivery, the Customer agrees to all terms listed above.
